    12/27(三) 牛排

    最近,apon愛上了牛排!

    自從五月份的Lowood農場,在Darren家吃過道地的澳洲牛排後,apon和我就對那美味念念不忘。

    來到Perth後,為了再嘗那牛肉的鮮味,apon特地請教Ryan牛排的煎法。

    「鍋子內加入少許油,熱鍋後將牛肉置於鍋內,約20秒後翻面,再以小火慢煎10分鐘,待牛肉呈現粉紅色就可以起鍋了。」Ryan用口述的方式教我們。

    不加任何醬料,只須少許的鹽及胡椒,旁邊放些水煮的青菜襯色,就是一盤美味又道地的澳式牛排大餐。
